We take great pride in our state-of-the-art equipment, including the Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), which is used to precisely capture data on parts machined on-site. To guarantee the accuracy of our CNC machining and ensure our customers receive parts that meet specifications, at least one piece of every product is checked on the CMM.
In addition, we utilize GAGEpack software by PQ Systems, a complete calibration management system that allows us to track and manage every gage in our facility. With features like automated calibration scheduling, barcode scanning, and real-time alerts, we maintain precise calibration records and ensure traceability for each part produced.
